WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
 
In-Store Pickup
 
In-store pickup is available for Limited Orders, not for all orders. Pickups are open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PMAn email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.
 
We offer various shipping options. Sometimes, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
 
Shipping Fees
 
We offer shipping at the following rates: Standard Delivery & Expedited Delivery
 
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
 
Once your order is packaged, we will send an email / SMS with your tracking information.
 
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
 
If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver it as per your opted subscription period.
 
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
 
We do not offer international shipping.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
 
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within four (4) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@ispkart.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Original Packaging, Proof of Package, Any Freebies, Item., then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Items, which are working fine. Don’t have any kind of issue.

Please Note

  • Only Faulty, Damaged in Delivery (With Video Recording Proof) will be accepted.
  • Any hardware, in working condition will not be returned back.
